You've Come to the Right Place!

WHO IS THE IBAW?

Since 1973, the IBAW has helped business owners and professionals advance their business through insightful programming, peer-to-peer networking and advocacy for their business in Madison and Washington D.C.

The majority of IBAW members are made up of small, independent business owners, managers and professionals who are looking for something more in a business organization then just going to "networking" events. They want valuable business content, meaningful business relationships and a voice with government both at the state and federal level.

Our members typically own businesses with sales from $3 million to $75 million in sales and have 50 employees or under. Other members are those that support those businesses whether they are financial, legal, technical or some other type of service industry.

Regardless of your company size, whether you have 200 employees or just 1, if you are a  FREE MARKET THINKER, you should join the IBAW.

Yes, there are other business organizations. One is unique, IBAW.

Business owners and entrepreneurs often find themselves stuck on a hamster wheel of building a business. A lot of running but getting nowhere. Being a business owner, involved with entrepreneurship or sales can be very isolating at times, and it's hard to find like-minded individuals to share that experience. Nevertheless, you always have to keep learning, growing and evolving.

If you feel the heaviness of building a business but yearn for the lightness of being a beginner again, join us! We have the people and programs to help you.

IBAW has spent time carefully curating incredible programming and attracting the right individuals to our organization. While people come to our events for content,  they leave with something far more valuable...community.

Just like an investor investing in a business, IBAW invests in people because we believe amazing people become increasingly amazing over time.

The IBAW model is to be a boutique business organization and to dedicate itself to supporting and serving an intimate group of business individuals. These people value legacy over currency. They know good is the enemy of great, that life is a marathon, not a sprint, and are never satisfied with "good enough."

But more importantly, they are not afraid to sacrifice and are willing to help others with who they are...and who they want to become.

These are the type of people committed to the IBAW.  Is that you?
